UI improvements

• new UI based on Twitter Bootstrap
• new console to filter results in the result page (enable choosing whether theme to display or whether type of result to display)
• new icon added when a site audit is running
• all past audits are displayed for a given contract (no more limitation to the last 5 ones)
• source code is now in a separated window (leveraging dual-head screens)

Tanaguru Administration

• added scripts to easily create users and contracts

• total of 42 tests of accessibility (from the AccessiWeb reference)
